This website atelier.lastech.io is operated by Lastech(hereafter “Lastech”, “we”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our site and when you submit the demo request form.

We comply with Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information) of Quebec and with PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) at the federal level.

In accordance with Law 25, we have designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information:

You may contact this person for any question, or any request to access, correct, or withdraw your personal information.

When you submit the demo request form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Garage name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Role (owner, manager, etc.)
• Garage size
• City
• Message (if you write one)

Automatically, we also collect:

• IP address at the time of submission
• Device type and browser (user-agent)
• Anonymized traffic data (via Vercel Analytics — without third-party tracking cookies)

We use your information solely to:

• Contact you in response to your demo request
• Configure and present the product based on your situation
• Send you an estimate and a timeline if you wish
• Improve our site experience (aggregated audience metrics)

We never sell your personal information. We do not use it for unsolicited automated prospecting. You will not be added to a marketing mailing list without your explicit consent.

Your information is accessible only by the Lastech team. For technical reasons, some subcontractors host or process the data:

• Vercel Inc. (site hosting, United States) — data encrypted in transit and at rest
• Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery, United States) — for notifying us of your request and sending your confirmation email
• Supabase Inc. (database for the booking product, hosted in Canada — Toronto region)

None of these providers use your data for their own commercial purposes. All are bound by contractual data protection agreements.

Your information is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your request, generally:

• If you become a customer: for the entire duration of our business relationship, plus 7 years after it ends to meet our tax obligations
• If you do not become a customer: a maximum of 24 months after your request, unless you request earlier deletion
• Technical data (logs, IP): a maximum of 90 days

Under Law 25, you have the right at any time to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Obtain a portable copy of your information in a structured technological format
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your rights are not being respected

To exercise one of these rights, write to privacy@lastech.io. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.

Our site uses Vercel Analytics to measure traffic. This solution is designed to respect privacy: no third-party tracking cookie is set, no cross-site identification is performed, and IP addresses are anonymized before aggregation.

We also use Vercel Speed Insightsto measure the site's technical performance (load time, stability). No tracking cookie either.

You can disable tracking via the “Do Not Track” / “Privacy Sandbox” settings of your browser and we will respect it.

All communications with our site are encrypted (HTTPS / TLS 1.3). Data stored with our subcontractors is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to people with an operational need.

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk, in accordance with Law 25, you will be informed without delay and the Commission d'accès à l'information will be notified.

This policy may be updated. The date of last modification is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you by email if you have provided us with one.
